Andy Underwood, a scuba diver for many years, uses his underwater knowledge to write an allegory about sea creatures that will appeal to children and excite their imaginations. Nelson NZ artist Fran Gould painted the artwork for The Adventures of Ollie the Octopus. These oil paintings convey the real feeling of diving underwater, as well as being accessible to children.
