Using the tramway as a linking device, the reader takes a 'journey' around most of the city's scenic attractions: beautiful old buildings, cafe scenes, gardens, parks, the bluebells, famous features, etc. The illustrations are a mixture of Gwenda Turner's paintings, old photographs and mementoes, with a modern feel to the design and production.

It features 2-3 envelope pages containing maps to areas such as the Arts Centre and the Tram Route.
